Every job is a board: offer, confirmation, invoice, payment, each step with a light and a word. Code computes the lights from the documents.

The month closes only when the open items are proven. An expense without a receipt is called “receipt missing”, never done.

Schwupps Büro knows customers, services, offers and invoices. What you call them is up to you: the template brings the words, a first price list and fitting texts. Six of them exist at the start; you write the seventh yourself.

You are the office and the work at once. No team, no roles: offer, invoice and receipts in one hand, as complete on the phone as at the desk.
Who may issue, match or see margins is written in one table. Cover and hand-over are settled before someone is away.
Clients confirm, read and ask without an account. Your tax adviser is a guest and receives the package every month: list, receipts, export.
From the first request to the closed month, without a second program for invoices. Schwupps Büro also says what it does not do: planning and proving work on site is Schwupps Feld, comparing offers is Schwupps Wahl.
Your profile shows what you do and the proofs you want to show, with their validity. A request arrives as a card, not in a mailbox.
Items from the price list, optional items, text blocks. Only you see the margin. It is sent after a preview and a click.
The client stamps on a page without an account. If the offer changes afterwards, a new version is created; the confirmed one stays readable.
From confirmed items or recorded hours, as an instalment or the final invoice, as a PDF and an e-invoice from the same sheet. It is issued with the stamp.

Neither, and on purpose. Schwupps Büro writes offers and invoices, matches payments and receipts and closes the month. Then it hands everything over in order to your tax adviser, as an export and as a package. What applies for tax is the decision of the adviser. Schwupps Büro gives no tax and no legal advice.
Wupp gets in touch when something needs you, stays on open offers and invoices and answers questions with sources from your documents. It suggests items and matches and prepares reminders. Wupp issues nothing, matches no payment, sends nothing without your preview and types no number: numbers in drafts are fields from your documents.
Two models, each for one task. The check model Decision 2.0 answers narrowly put questions with yes, no or a choice and writes no text; it runs in our own environment. The language model Qwen understands questions and prepares drafts; it runs at STACKIT in Germany, without storage. Most messages come from rules and need no model at all. Every receipt names the rung, the model and where it ran.
Yes. The same sheet produces the PDF for people and the e-invoice for programs. An incoming e-invoice is read as a receipt, with every field and its source.
No. On your own means in Schwupps Büro: no roles, no hand-over, the same screens. You write an offer in two minutes, also on the phone, and bill per piece, hour, day or as a flat fee. The small-business VAT setting is one switch, and the document shows at once what it changes.
It is a declaration in text form with name, one-time code and time, stored with the confirmed version. It is not a qualified electronic signature. Schwupps Büro gives no legal advice.
Read access and a full export stay open for 90 days. Nothing is deleted before then.
Rules and the check model are part of every plan. Only the language model is counted by use, against a quota that you limit yourself, per workspace and per person. When it is used up, messages and checks keep running; free questions and drafts wait, and Wupp says so.
